In 2015, the SEC seized and assigned the six-story, 220-unit apartment project located at 2900 Grand Ave. in Everett, WA to a receiver as part of the Path America EB5 investigation. The project features an indoor farmer's market, designed by BCV Architects of San Francisco, and apartments designed by Studio19 Architects of Seattle. Synergy Construction serves as the general contractor for the development. Retail consultant Steve Carlin played a crucial role in planning the market and securing tenants.
