Waterfront Place, situated on 65 acres of waterfront property in Everett, Washington, is a mixed-use development spanning 1.5 million square feet. The Port of Everett Community Development Department anticipates the $550 million in public/private development investment will generate $8.6 million annually in state and local sales taxes.
